Construction Worker


E2RC, LLC is seeking to hire dependable construction field employees with experience operating mid to heavy machinery and installing sediment and erosion control measures.  

Applicant must be team-oriented, trustworthy and drama-free. Applicant must be able to take instruction from various supervisors and complete work efficiently, safely and accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicant must be able to complete basic calculations and be able to read construction plans.  

Work is located within the Albuquerque area and throughout New Mexico. Work may require overnight travel up to 75% of a week. Transportation is provided and travel expenses are covered by the company.

Pay scale depending upon experience. Relevant licensure and certification such as a CDL, NPDES related certification or other may result in higher pay. Those with demonstrated managerial, foreman and leadership qualities may also result in higher pay.

Schedule is full time, 35-40 hours per week.

Construction Crew Leader


E2RC, LLC is hiring construction crew leaders with experience operating mid to heavy machinery, installing sediment and erosion control measures and able to lead a crew of five to seven employees.

Applicant must be team-oriented, trustworthy and drama-free. Applicant must be able to take instruction and communicate effectively to construction laborers. Applicant must be able to direct and perform work efficiently, safely and accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicant must have five years of experience in the construction industry with at least three years of supervisory experience. Applicant must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations and able to read plans and specifications.

Applicant’s work experience must demonstrate strong and consistent knowledge of construction practices, leadership and managerial skills, equipment operation proficiency and effective customer service.

Work is located within the Albuquerque area and throughout New Mexico. Work may require overnight travel up to 75% of working week. Transportation is provided and travel expenses are covered by the company.
