Compliance Management Plan

The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit program regulates stormwater discharges from three activity sources: Construction, Industrial and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). The EPA requires each activity to have a site – specific compliance management plan, frequently called a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP, SWMP, SWP3).

E2RC has an exceptional understanding of the federal NPDES requirements and local and state erosion and sediment control (E&SC) regulations. Each stormwater management plan is unique to the project and location we aim to protect. Each plan is designed, reviewed, and stamped by certified professional engineers with CPSWQ and CPMSM certification, and supported by over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Sediment and Erosion Controls

Less is more when designing effective and performance – based erosion and sediment control plans. E2RC approaches each project with the intent to minimize stormwater pollution and discharge to the maximum extent practicable while providing cost – effective options for project owners and operators.

Our staff maintains extensive hydrologic and hydraulic design experience with a proven track record obtaining local, state and federal erosion and sediment control permits and approvals.

During Construction

BMP Installation and Maintenance

E2RC will utilize the SWPPP to implement the necessary temporary or permanent controls to project and manufacturer specification. The controls will meet regulatory requirements to prevent polluted discharge from leaving your project site.

In combination with our inspection services, customers and E2RC are immediately notified of maintenance requirements at their projects. E2RC can perform the maintenance activities for you so that you can focus on the bigger picture – like that new building or roadway.

NPDES and MSGP Inspections

E2RC inspectors are certified through CISEC, Inc. and Associated General Contractors (AGC). We will inspect your site per the schedule outlined in your SWPPP to monitor compliance with the CGP or MSGP. Each inspection report provides detailed observations speaking to your project’s compliance with permit requirements. The ongoing monitoring allows your Project Manager or Superintendent to receive maintenance or non-compliance notifications immediately so that they or E2RC can return the site to spec as soon as possible.

E2RC partners with Comply26, LLC to provide cloud-based NPDES compliance management services. With Comply26’s support, each customer has access to real – time inspection reports and monitoring tools, including work orders and corrective action reporting.
